This hotel is conveniently located and has great staff members. the restaurant has a variety of food options, and the shuttle service to the nearby bus station is very convenient. the room has all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. the hotel also offers facilities such as a business center and a flight center which provide great convenience when traveling.

The hotel's restaurant is not suitable for fine dining.

We had a great stay. Lianhua Intersection metro station is within 15 minutes' walk...

This hotel is fantastic! We were greeted at the entrance with a cold towel and refreshments, which was a lovely surprise after traveling. the service is outstanding, and we were really able to relax and enjoy our stay. the sauna and outdoor swimming pool were wonderful and very luxurious. Our room was modern and spacious with exclusive amenities.

The only minor issue was the buffet breakfast, which was good but not great. this venue was excellent and was located in a good area with lots of nearby shops and eateries.

The room was very good along with the resturant!

The location is poor and they dont run a 24 hour shuttle to the airport.

Staff was excellent! Very helpful with good english. Buffet dinner was really great! Lobsters, seafood, lamb, pork and many more! Japanease toilet in the room with heated seat and huge number of different functions. Spa center offers chinease massage etc (pedicure was unusual but very good).

Rooms could be more clean, but in any case it was the best hotel in China I stayed in.

The rooms were comfortable and nicely equipped. The staff was polite and always helpful. The free internet connection was an added bonus. The hotel was also conveniently located near several attractions and restaurants.

One area that could use improvement is the availability of taxis during peak times. , although the breakfast was satisfactory, the quality of the overall food could be better.

Location is good, within about 15 minutes of Xiamen airport. Not too much within walking distance as this hotel is in the center of the island / city. Taxis are readily available and inexpensive so it is easy to get around if you know where you want to go.

What a delightful stay we had at this hotel! the service was top-notch, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. We especially loved the free shuttle service, which saved us a lot of money on transportation. the location was great, as it was close to several restaurants and shops. the room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the big windows that let in plenty of natural light and offered a nice view.

That the hotel was a bit far from the beach and other tourist attractions. We had to take a taxi everywhere we wanted to go, which added up quickly.

Staff were very helpful in every way possible, their English was perfect, which made ordering things etc very easy. Will deffo be back next time am in Xiamen.

The staff were very helpful and the service were high. The only negative thing with the location is that there is not very much going on close to the hotel, but taxi is still very afordable.

We had a great stay at this hotel in central Xiamen. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though we only spoke English. They took the time to converse with us and make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel facilities were modern and clean. We enjoyed the free shuttle to the airport, it was quite convenient. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options available. This hotel is located in a great spot for catching a taxi or exploring Xiamen attractions.
